JELCO is seeking a Director of Real Estate to lead and grow a Real Estate related segment within a rapidly expanding organization. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in commercial real estate brokerage, development, asset management, or related field paired with an entrepreneurial mindset and proven success in delivering complex, multidisciplinary projects. This role is both strategic and execution-oriented, requiring deep experience in commercial real estate development, market analysis, deal execution, and portfolio growth. The Director will play a key leadership role in identifying opportunities, advancing projects from concept through execution, and helping scale JELCO’s development platform. This senior role has a direct path to “Principle” in the organization which shall be based on achievements of long-term milestones within the organization.
Required Qualifications, Education, and Experience
-Bachelor’s Degree required in real estate, finance, urban planning, or other related field.
-Minimum of 10-15 years of progressing experience in commercial real estate brokerage, capital markets, private equity, development, or other related field.
-Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing multiple real estate projects or initiatives simultaneously.
-Strong background in site selection, market analysis, feasibility evaluation, and development strategy.
-Experience supporting or leading real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and development initiatives.
-Working knowledge of real estate financial fundamentals, including underwriting, cash flow analysis, and return metrics.
-Experience interfacing with municipalities, public agencies, landowners, brokers, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
-MBA strongly preferred, or equivalent experience in business development, strategic planning, or P&L responsibility.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in general contracting, commercial construction, or construction management, paired with an entrepreneurial mindset and a proven track record of delivering complex, multidisciplinary projects. This role is both strategic and execution-oriented, requiring deep experience in construction planning, cost control, scheduling, and field execution across multiple project types. This senior role has a direct path to “Principle” in the organization which shall be based on achievements of long-term milestones within the organization.
Required Qualifications, Education, and Experience
-Bachelor’s Degree required in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or another related field.
-Minimum of 10–15 years of progressive experience in commercial construction, construction management, owner’s representation, or general contracting.
-Demonstrated experience leading construction teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously across varying scopes and budgets.
-Strong background in preconstruction planning, budgeting, scheduling, value engineering, and constructability review.

Required Qualifications, Education, and Experience
-Bachelor’s Degree required in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, or Nuclear Engineering.
-Minimum of 15-20 years of progressing experience in energy engineering, power systems, industrial energy solutions, or related fields.

JELCO is hiring an office and field-based Project Manager to assist and facilitate a growing company's day-to-day needs. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as an estimator/project manager for a general contractor, an architectural/design project manager, or an owner's rep construction manager. In addition, a successful individual in this role will be a very organized self-starter eager to grow, learn, and adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment.
Required Qualifications, Education, and Experience
-Minimum 5 years of experience in a proven "Cradle to Grave" project management leadership role.
-Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or other related Industry.
-Intermediate to advanced understanding of civil, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other related construction knowledge bases, including project delivery methods.
-Ability to read and understand advanced construction drawings.
-Possess a profound knowledge of construction accounting principles.
