34 Crump

34 Crump is a 30k SF infill mixed-use development located on Crump Av. in downtown Memphis's South Bluff District. It contains 29 multifamily units, 2 live-work units, and 2,700 SF retail space. Expected Delivery of Q4 2025.

Edit: As of 12/6/2023 JEL Developments expanded the project by adding a second phase bringing the total development captialization to over $10M and the total unit count to 56 Units.
