James Little

Born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee, James leads the strategic plans, development pipeline, relationships, research, and new business opportunities for JELCO and its affiliated companies.

Before founding JEL Developments, James served as Vice President and Head of Construction at Faropoint, an international private equity real estate firm acquiring and managing last-mile distribution, office, and retail properties across the United States. His responsibilities included acquisitions, asset management, and portfolio operations across the company’s markets.

Previously, James was a Regional Construction Project Manager at The Kroger Co., managing major renovation and construction projects throughout the Kroger Delta Region.

James holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Tennessee Tech University, and is a candidate for a Master of Professional Studies in Real Estate Finance at Georgetown University.

Outside of work, James is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys playing golf.
